The aim of this study is to assess the subjective perception of error culture and management in radiological workplaces in Europe.
You will be asked to answer questions about your general perceptions on error culture and management at your radiology workplace.

Please answer all questions promptly and honestly. Mark the answer that applies to you. If no answer applies to you exactly, choose the answer you feel applies to you best.

You may choose to stop answering the survey at any time. All responses submitted in this questionnaire are collected anonymously, and all data will be processed anonymously to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of participants.
