Completing the questionnaire should take about 30 minutes. The results of this survey will be used for a PhD study in the field of linguistics.

In the survey, you will be asked various question formats on the topic of language use and attitudes, e.g., fill-in-the-blanks texts, multiple choice questions and free text comments. Please answer all questions in as much detail as you wish, there is no character limit for the text input fields. Please also note that the questions are largely aimed at your personal opinions - so there are no right or wrong answers.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. The data collected (especially your personal data) will be kept strictly confidential and anonymous and will be stored on a secure server at the University of Bonn. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can exit the questionnaire at any time. If you wish to have all your data deleted, please leave a note in one of the open text input fields of any task.

There are no foreseeable risks associated with answering this questionnaire.
