Satisfaction survey questionnaire

I am delighted that you have decided to take part in my survey. This survey was created as part of my Master's thesis under the supervision of Professor V. Nürnberg. I am primarily investigating the satisfaction of all those involved in the MNP Outreach Program. Secondarily, I am interested in possible optimizations and suggestions for improvement that promote cooperation and success.

The survey takes about 5 minutes. Right at the beginning I would like to point out that participation is anonymous and voluntary. I do not collect names or email addresses. I would be pleased if you could complete the questionnaire in one go to the end, as the information will not be saved temporarily for data protection reasons and could therefore be lost. If you have any further questions about the study, please feel free to contact me by email (nele.haberstumpf@mytum.de).

Thank you very much for your help and participation!

Thank you for your interest in participating in the research project “Satisfaction of the MNP Outreach Program”. Enclosed you will find information on the handling of the data collected. Please read everything carefully. If you agree and wish to participate in the experiment, please confirm the following declaration of consent.

Voluntariness: Your participation in this research project is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent to participate at any time without giving reasons and without incurring any disadvantages.

Data protection and anonymity: Personal data collected as part of this research project (e.g. age or gender) is used to calculate group values. Further, subsequent analyses are carried out on the basis of an anonymized data set. It is no longer possible for us to draw conclusions about your person.

The data is analyzed on the basis of so-called group statistics (or population estimators). Individual measurements are not relevant for our research questions.

Use of the data: The results of this study may be published for teaching and research purposes (e.g. theses, scientific publications or conference papers).
theses, scientific publications or conference papers). This is done in anonymized form, i.e. without the data being able to be assigned to a specific person. The completely anonymized data of this study will be made available as “open data” in an internet-based repository. This study thus follows the recommendations of the German Research Foundation (DFG) for quality assurance with regard to the verifiability and reproducibility of scientific results, as well as optimal data reuse.

Legal basis and revocation: The legal basis for the processing of the aforementioned personal data is the consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) letter a EU GDPR at the end of this document. You have the right to withdraw your consent under data protection law at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. You can request the deletion of your data at any time - or as long as it is possible to clearly assign your person to your data. To do so, please contact the responsible study director. You will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of the revocation.

Responsible project leader: If you have any questions about the research project or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact the responsible scientific leader of this project:
