Introduction

Hello,

my name is Charlotte Wilhelm and I'm conducting a study on accent-sensitivity of German EFL teachers to an English accent for my master's thesis in secondary education (English and Maths) at Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz.
I aim to gain insight into how EFL teachers react to various English accents and how they evaluate them.
To participate you'll have to fill out this online survey. In the survey, you'll rate different accents regarding given attributes. You'll also have to guess if the speaker is a native speaker.
The survey will take about 10-15 minutes. You‘re not obligated to take the survey and you can always choose to withdraw your participation.
Your data will be stored anonymously and securely. No identifiable data will be collected from you.
