1. You are being invited to participate in a research study titled “Gender Differences and Organizational Culture: Impact on Reporting Sexual Harassment in the Workplace” by Buse Cetinkaya, Technical University of Munich.
The purpose of this research study is understanding the impact of gender differences and organizational culture when reporting sexual harassment incidents. If you agree to take part in this study, you will be asked to complete this online survey which takes an average of 10 minutes to complete.
We believe there are no known risks associated with this research study. In this study, the Chair of Psychology at the Technical University of Munich is responsible for data processing. The legal basis for processing your data is your personal consent (Art. 6 para. 1a, Art. 9 para. 2a DSGVO). The data will be treated confidentially at all times. Your data will be collected exclusively for the purpose of this study and will only be used within the scope of this study. The data also includes personal identifying data such as gender and age. This is about your sexual orientation and sexual experiences. It is not possible to link the data to you as a person (anonymized dataset).
