First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your successful finish at DATEV Challenge Roth 2024!

I would also like to thank you for taking 10-15 minutes of your time to take part in the survey on sports performance and consumer behaviour that I am conducting as part of my Master's degree in Sports Management at Bielefeld University.

On the following pages, I will ask you a few questions about your athletic performance in triathlon in general and your athletic performance at the DATEV Challenge Roth 2024 event in particular. You will also be asked about your spending at the expo for the event.

The aim of my survey is to find out whether there is a connection between sporting performance and subsequent consumer behaviour.

Participation in the study is voluntary. You can cancel your participation in this study at any time without giving reasons and without incurring any disadvantages.

The data collected as part of this study will be treated confidentially. Until the end of this session, you have the option to object to the storage of your data by cancelling the study. You can do this by simply closing the browser window. Your data will then be deleted immediately. After that, it is no longer possible to delete your data, as I store your data in anonymised form.
The study results will be published in summarised form in a final scientific paper.
