Study information

Dear Study Participant,

Thank you for your interest in this study. You can participate if you are at least 50 years old and actively employed in an organization (i.e. a company, an institution, start-up etc).

In this study, we are interested in your experiences with training in the workplace as well as your motivation to learn and attitude towards aging. The study is part of a project of WiseLearn and the Department of Psychology of the University of Zurich.

Once you have read through this study information and agreed to participate, you will be asked to complete the questionnaire. This will take about 15 minutes.

The guidelines of good ethical research require that participants in empirical studies explicitly and understandably agree to participate. Please take the time to read the following carefully.

Voluntariness. Your participation in this study is voluntary. You are free to discontinue your participation at any time without incurring any disadvantages.

Anonymity. Your answers are of course confidential, will only be evaluated in anonymized form and will not be passed on to third parties. Demographic data such as age or gender do not allow a clear conclusion about your identity. The optional contact data is stored separately from the responses on the questionnaire and cannot be connected to them.
